You need to get the artist's direct permission to use their fan art. There are scans of TLK6NA out there with Kopa in them. You might find that some artists are understandably reluctant to let you use their art in graphics.

Hiya not sure if someone asked this yet sorry if they did i searched and counldnt find anything but i made a signature and dont know how to post it. do i have to uplaod it to another website first or something?

You can use a free image uploading website like Tinypic, Imageshack or Photobucket. Or, you can use the free MLK sig manager: http://www.mylionking.com/sigs/
