I see something called "Pride points" on everyone's profiles which link to a bunch of really nice comments. What are they and how do I get them?

Pride points are the same thing as karma points, as they are called on some other boards. Think of them as brohoofs, +1s, upvotes, likes, or what-have-you. It's an arbitrary measurement of how awesome the member is.

If you want to get them, the first step is to be awesome so that people like you. For only $19.95, I can mail you three instructional DVDs which will guide you through the process of becoming awesome.

Basically, there is a + and - button on everyone's profile. Once you acquire a set number of pride points, you will see it. That will allow you to give them out. To get pride points, other members need to give them to you.
