Time zones / DST?

I just noticed that the MLK time is an hour ahead - easy if it doesn't take into account daylight savings time. Is there a way to fix that so that it will take that into account?

And before you ask, yes, I made sure that my timezone setting is correct.

A relevant video might be this one. The ending is really the most relevant part: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5wpm-gesOY

It's the same on every single phpBB3 forum. Either turn summertime on or off (manually)

^ This.

The time zones are correct, you just have to adjust it for daylight savings time manually.

phpBB3 you n00b. Don't you know that UNIX knows how to take timezones into account, and that aid knowledge is open source? Oh well...

Thanks for the help!
