Edit the first post and, at the bottom, there's a tab for poll creation.

No. I know how to make a poll but I don't understand how the feature that Moka talked about functions.

Well, as it says it just creates a link next to "View your posts" that lists the posts that have quoted you. It doesn't email you or anything.

It seems to me that Moka would be considering that if there was enough interest. That's just what I took from it though.
Personally, I think it would be a nice feature to have. Not necessary of course, but quite nice.
