What size are userbars supposed to be I'm completely confused.

P.S. Sorry if this is a duplicate or in the wrong place.

They're not supposed to be any size really, depends on preference, just wide and not very tall.
About W320X20H. Or W350X19H

350x19 userbars are the most popular Internet-wide standard for userbars.
