I have experienced many problems with the chat box; mostly with videos. There needs to be a way to make it not take up as much space. When I'm on my iPad and someone posts a video, it sticks to the screen, and covers things underneath it. I haven had a problem with the chatroom because it didn't matter then, but now that it is on the bord index it has covered topics I am trying to reach. Also they can get really spammy when people keep posing big Marcos and videos pushing down things people are trying to read. Marcos and Videos are taking up too much space in the chat box and need to be delt with. I believe people should have a chance in posting them, but since they take up too much space we need a solution. I got a couple of solutions that people might want to have a look at.

A) we remove Marcos and videos completely

B) we put in a rule that if you post a Marco or video that you should get warned for it.

C) we ask moka to find a way to put Macos and videos in an 'automatic spoiler box' and call it the name of the Marco or video.

D) we put in a rule that if you post a Marco outside a spoiler then you should get warned for it.

E) we completely disable BBCode in the chat box.

F) we take the chat box of the bored index and completely stop all our problems, and put a rule if you spawn not in the chartroom you will get a warning solving all our problems.

Please be quiet, MLK has already lost many fun things thanks to n00bs like you. We don't need anything else removed. That, and you're also the biggest spammer of the chatbox, so stop being a hypocrite.

A couple of things are wrong there.

A) I only spam when I'm hyperactive
B) We aren't noobs, we are just people who are fed up with people like you who spam all day long.
C) I am not implying that we should take videos and Marcos away, because what I want is just a member-friendly environment where we all can have fun, and not have problems with people who like to spam Marcos and videos all over the chat box.
D) my point is that we should put in an automatic spoiler system so that Marcos and videos can be fun for the people who want to see them, not the people who doesn't care about seeing the Marcos when they are forced to by people who just post them. If there is an automatic spoiler system, then we can chose wether we want to see it or not.

Dafuq.

C) It happened once and suddenly it's a huge problem? You know what's a huge problem? Your posts. You admit to spamming, yet you don't even do anything about it... and you complain when others apparently do it once (or whatever you think is spam anyway) when you do it daily? Oh please. EVERYONE in the chatroom has complained about you, you're the only one who has complained about anyone or anything else.

Kops, yes they do complain. I was exadurating with the hyperactivity. I am not really hyperactive, although I do exadurate a lot of things.
Yes, they do complain about me. Though you never see where they complain about you. You and your buddies are the ones that are part the cause of the 'chit chat' problem in the first place.
Plus, you guys are still completely missing my side of the story. I think there should be an automatic spoiler system so the people who want to see it can, but the people who dont want to see it, and get infuriated don't have to.
Kops, your spamming is a form of trolling. You are forcing people to see things they don't want to and get infuriated by. So please consider other people.

I can see your point with this I guess, but I also think it's very hypocritical of you to call others spammers/trolls etc. when you are about 100 times worse in that department. If spam annoys you so much, why do you do it yourself on a regular basis? And why are you still surprised that people dislike you because of it? It's about time you realised what it is you're doing.

But... one thing... Better disable ONLY; Font Sizes, Videos, and Image codes...

Because the Quotes, Codes, URL, Bold, Itallic and Underline writing is quite harmless to the chatbox IMO.

Mainly the spams are the font size, videos and images.


But, the fact that you're hyper DOESN'T mean you can spam the chat with text that mean no sense, and you wonder why people dislike you here for posting/saying something meaningless to the threads.

Can someone please take away this guy's ability to make polls?

What is the point in voting on a matter like this? Why not take it up with Moka or one of the other staff members?
