Whilst I appreciate people offering feedback and improvement, the original few posts actually set this idea up as something quite different to usergroups. I appreciate it sounds similar, but I assure you I thought of that on conception and if this was done the way I had originally proposed and hoped it would, it would actually be quite a bit different. The more time this has been left open and people are suggesting new stuff, the more out of context this is getting.

If its not going to happen because it is too much work or the staff are simply not able to come to a conclusion on how to set it up, despite the first couple of pages covering pretty much everything then that is also fine, but I would appreciate it if you guys just said "it is not happening."rather than fall silent on the subject for like almost a year =)
