Line-Art in the Characters Forums

I've noticed a lot of people using line-art and coloring it, then using that as the reference image for their character(s) in the OC forums. I was just wondering where I could find such line-art that's ok to use here.

Coloring line-art by Disney is alright. Coloring line-art by other artists is okay too as long as you have their permission.
The FAA is a bit different, as only original fan art is allowed there.
