Problem occuring in Offline/Online?

I've noticed that some members are online, but their status says they're offline. I have a few people I've noticed this in, mainly with the people with 'Simba' in their username. (Namely Simaholic, Simbadacub) When I think they've logged off for a little while, they post something and it still shows they're offline. This could be an error in coding or a problem with my computer, but I was just wondering if this happened with anybody else and if there was a solution to the problem.
