I know how to change the file and everything so, my cousin want this picture for a short cut to her file but every time she uploads it, it says "This is not an icon" How do you make it an icon to make it the file picture, so it isnt the picture of just the folder?

On your desktop, all the shortcut icons, how to you change it so for Pictures shortcut, it has your image instead of a folder picture?

Right click > properties > icon

there might be something in between... I'm not exactly sure but lemme know if that helps.

Oh, that helps. I forgot, the pic she wants isn't saved as .ico and it needs to be. Anyone know how to change it?
