Why do most people dislike Scrappy Doo?

Well like the topic title says, why do most people dislike him? Personally i like him because i think he is cool and he is not anoying to me. What's your opinion on Scrappy Doo?

In the cartoon, no (based off when I used to watch it). But I did in the live action Film, he was a good villain and it gave him more of an interesting character.

I thought he was fine... just another character. =P
He was cool in the movie though, he was a twist not a lot of people would've seen coming.

People dislike him? I've always liked him. I hated how they abandoned him in the live-action movie.

he's an annoying, unneeded character. I don't even like this show but Scrappy makes it ten times worse.
