Hey there fuzzy friendz!
I wanted to make this topic because I'm bored XD And because I want to know more about you and your interests on 'The Drama World' (Yeah, I just invented that word xD)
Well, here are my favourite two musicals of all time (Maybe I'll update it x3):

1. Cats (1980)
Yep, Cats' my favourite musical of all time! And you wonder, why is it? Simply because of the trama and the dancing and singing actors, they're amazing and they inspire me.

2. The Lion King (1997)
I was pretty original, I wasn't? As well, The Lion King is one of my favourite musicals of all time. That's because I really appreciate the way they represent that Ethnic Enviroment, and those singers and dancers are amazing! (Quitting the fact I was in the musical in Spain Original Production XD)

I love musicals! These are in no particular order.

- Phantom of the Opera
- Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat
- Starlight Express
- Tanz der Vampire
- Book of Mormon
- Little Shop of Horrors
- Beauty and the Beast
- Finding Nemo (yes, the one at WDW)
- Cats
- Les Miserables
- Into the Woods
- Wicked

I've seen a lot of shows, so I'm sure I missed one

I love musicals, but I've never seen any live. My judgement is based on what I know from the plot, acts, cast and soundtrack. :innocent:

- The Lion King
- Wicked
- Les Misérables

Oh, you were on the Spanish production? That's cool. :D

Aside from the Disney animated musicals and other non-Disney animated musicals (The Prince of Egypt, Anastasia, etc.), here is my current list of favorite stage and film musicals:

The Wizard of Oz
Singin' in the Rain
Little Shop of Horrors
Aida
The Sound of Music
Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella
Enchanted
Dreamgirls
West Side Story
My Fair Lady
Mary Poppins
Meet in St. Louis
A Star is Born (1954 version)
Grease

I do plan on watching Rent and Stephen Sondheim musicals like Into the Woods and Sweeney Todd (which I put off for years).

The only other musical I have seen live outside of the lion king was "The best little whorehouse in Texas" It was mostly great, a bit more comedic than the film but it's biggest sin was NOT having Dolly Partons version of "I will always love you"

One of the best scenes I have seen in any movie. Legit tears are flowing every time I see it.

and while not a musical itself, the drew carey show had some sick musical numbers

brotherhood of man

Time Warp/Shake your groove thing

There are good ones from southpark but i'm fairly certain I can't link to them here.

The animaniacs had a pretty good musical parody of "the circle of life"
