Alright, so correct me if I'm wrong but...

Sony has the PlayStation III

Nintendo has the Wii

Microsoft has the xBox 360

Apple has... nothing!

With Apple being so awesome at dishing out awesome products, why don't they have a gaming system?! It would be awesome! Is Sno right or is Sno right?

If Apple were to make a game system, they would fail at it. Not only would they be entering a competition like game systems with other businesses, but against Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo. Apple spends enough time on the iphone and ipods; making a game system would be a waste of money and time for them. I could say a lot more, but it would be on the business side of things. Maybe if others bring it up.

DarkLiger is right, The company Apple is only dedicating the time and money to make the Ipods and Iphones.

Ok, there are alot of reasons apple will never do such a thing. For one, getting a game system into the market would cost millions and millions of dollars. Also, they'd have to make the graphics of the gaming system either at the same level or superior than any of the three mega-consoles. Apple would also have to sell it at a cheap price, because if it makes a game system that's 600 dollars, people are going to go for PS3, XBOX360, Or a Wii. God knows how much the advertising, promotion, and production would cost. Apple is already over stocked with computers, so i think it's a safe bet that Apple will not be making any game systems anytime soon.

lol..with macs being as awesome as they are.. and Apple cornering the mp3 player market, i think it's safe to say that they make enough money off of ipods, they don't need to do gaming systems.. Not to mention, the last time there were more then 3 systems on the market at one time.. a company died (R.I.P SEGA gaming consoles) .. (okay, so it was sega's fault for having 7 systems on the market at once.. but w/e)
