Okay people. This is IMPORTANT!!!! PAY ATTENTION!!! PLEASE!!!
we are the future of the world, our decisions will effect everyone and everything, and in 20-40 years we will take over and become the leaders. Do you truly believe that you are prepared? That you are ready to be a leader? And how will you be that leader that the world needs? We are in changing times and we need people who aren't power hungry (cough U.S.A. government) and actually care about the Earth and people. Please people think about this and post back your opinions!!! Are you ready for a future where we are the leaders?

I've thought about this before. No matter what happens, I can be assured it won't be pretty, for anyone. I see a third world war in the future. China, Russia, Iran, and maybe a few others, against America, Japan, Israel, and some European countries who would be dumb enough to back us up.

I don't think anyone would be dumb enough to start an all out nuclear war, but if it does happen, humanity is over, along with almost all life on Earth.

Or, we'll eventually realize we don't need oil, and move up to the next big stage of civilization. But I have my doubts about that.

That is true WWIII will happen unless we do something about it. Why aren't we trying to make relations with other countries as youths so that they mature as we grow older? They used to do that in ancient times. To make peace they would give up members of the royal family to learn of the other's customs and ways. We need to start doing that again.

In many ways, that is kinda what we do. That's basically what the internet is, especially communities such as this one. The problem is, 99% of us have no power whatsoever. The world is basically led by the 1%. The 1% who are really rich. We think we live in a democracy, but we really don't. Most, if not all, politicians don't care about the 99%, only the 1% that give them money. It's all about money.

yeah, that's why I believe that we should over throw the governments, and find the people who are worthy, not those who want to be leaders. The greatest leaders are always those who have leadership thrust upon them. So find them and ask them to become the new leader, and back them up. It's the best way. But we aren't there yet, we still teenagers and kids who don't understand that we need to pull are head out of the ground and look around at what's going on around us. And by the time we do, we'll become the power hungry politicians. I say we march on Washington!!!!! (I'm kidding FBI, and Secret Service, not really gonna do this... DON't ARREST ME!!!!"

I know we've royally messed up, and do predict a bad future as well. I do hope we all die, though. The human race is despicable. I'm not saying that to anyone on here, I'm just saying in general people are and have been pretty damn stupid... I just don't see much point in us all being here to start with considering the only things we seem to do are start wars with each other over stupid things. And the fact that we will all die eventually.

Eventually someone will mess up and it will lead to something that will end it all somehow. Doesn't matter how, because it will happen. Even if it's not us, even if it's more years than I can count in the future and the sun blows up. Nothing's meant to last and at the rate we're going I can tell the future will not yield anything particularly appealing... Lol my view of the future has always been rather unappealing...

Don't worry Jiirani most peoples is. I just wish I can get our generation to see it and make the future better, but we are weak and boneless lizards... sigh...

Our generation won't do anything. I constantly see kids in first year [11 year olds?] smoking, and I know they do a lot worse and worse than that in some places. There are few people that will be willing to do anything for the future, including myself. I don't care much for our world, sad as it is. In my eyes, we're too far gone already. I know there's plenty of time to try and turn things around but there will eventually be a time when everything will stop.

Idk, I don't see the point in trying when we're all going to die anyway. I've always viewed the world in such a negative manner. Maybe I need help or something.

Jiirani you do need help... But i understand what your trying to say. Our world is going downhill, and has been going downhill. But it will only end when God wills it. Right now I guess we have to do our best to please him and help our world to become better than what it is. Sadly religion isn't popular any more and people are discouraged from it, and that's one of the few things that can and will help us get our world better.
