You know, for government officials and all, these guys aren't very bright. =/ I'm gonna be keeping a close eye on this though. In all seriousness, this is likely not going to pass. But we'll just have to wait and see what happens.

All that's left is a vote in favor by the Senate and the signature of the president. Even though Obama threatened to veto it if it reached his desk (wouldn't be surprised if he didn't tho) the 2/3 vote requires by both houses to override the veto is a few votes from being there. This is [censored] ridiculous.

You're joking, right?

1. You have 2 parties, that's all. It is either 1 or 2 and not the middle way.
2. Your politicians think that they should interfere in other countries and help them build a stronger country. NEWSFLASH, america cant even take care of their own poor.
3. People die from malaria and other curable diseases because the government cannot provide health insurance and what is ever worse is that a lot of people are against it. That is not politics, that is just plain stupid.
4. Your country has a debt of 145%

that is by a clear mile NOT the best political system in the world. Norway is still the leading country and the scandinavian politics system is still the best. And I create that conclusion by looking at the numbers and wealth, not by guessing.

Just because you build a lot of missiles and have a big economic role doesn't mean you political system is good. It is called meritocracy, or elite-politics
