Well I'm surprised this thread hasn't been made yet. XD Thought I would make it just to discuss the new one that came out May 20th. Surprisingly, it's still in theaters and I just got back from seeing it. So, what are your opinions on this one? Did you think it was better or worse then the first one or the others? Discuss

I managed to see the last 30 min. of Pirates 4 due to theater hopping.

First, here's my opinions on the first 3.
Pirates 1- Good, solid, fun movie.
Pirates 2- Decent, but getting a bit boring and complicated for it's own good.
Pirates 3- Terrible and one of the worst big movies I've seen. Quite the mess.

I thought... Pirates 4 was MUCH better than 2 and 3, and maybe around the 1 movie. Still nothing amazing, but seemed solid and pretty cool.

Really? I thought the second one was the worst >.<

I could handle Pirates 2. Pirates 3 was hard to sit through. Waste of 300 Million dollars.

I think the third was one of the best, in my opinion. The 4th one just didn't have that "Piratey" feel to it. There were to many land scenes, I wish there more ship scenes.

I must say this...

Johnny Depp is overrated.

Lolololol^ Yeah. There was a comment on a Movie rating website that I go to, and I was reading the reviews for it, and this 11 year old girl came on and posted a comment saying something like, "I know all you people are just going and seeing it because Johnny Depp is in it..."
And I forget the rest XD

This guy is WAY better at craziness and comedy than Johnny Depp will ever be.
