It's supposively a screencap from a lost episode. An episode that didn't even make it out of the studio, until someone talked about it. The screencap looks convincing/photoshop at the same time... But I do feel as if the shows never real showed Squidward at that angle... so... idk.

I love how in that episode he trips and it's ultra dramatic.
