Description: He is one of Plankton's evil minons who is going to help him get on his revenge on Spongebob and King Neptune after putting him in prision for having his reign in Bikini Bottom as an evil ruler. In the Bikini Bottom prision, Plankton discovers that there's another criminal in another cell who is also a sea plankton like he is. Nukara reveals to him that in his past, he has never been part of anyones attention in his old town, Doriltilt, and this fustrats him in his life since he's a rogue in the Bikini Bottom. Plankton askes him if he wants to help him get his revenge on his mortal enemies and be his criminal buddy. Nukara accepts the challenge and friendship.

What an interesting character he is! I wonder how he will be like in the OT RPG we're gonna do... I have a concern about how he looks like, but this is all right. ^^ Awesome job!

Kinda. I just made up this name because the name sounds really cool. He's a great and important character for the RP me and Rachel are going to do.
