Salutations from a new user.

You can call me Sadiki, or Sadi, or any nickname you deem suitable. Sadiki is my fursona, and she originally began life as a Lion King OC who was the daughter of Simba and Nala, and ended up murdering Simba in favor of Zira's ideals. Those were the days.
Like most of you, I've loved The Lion King for as long as I can recall. I've been around the fandom for a pretty long time, mostly lurking over at Lilymud, and I've been wanting to join an active TLK forum. If there's anyone here from Impressive Title, you may recognize me as a very active member since the dawn of IT, as well as an administrator at Impressive Hearts.
I like all the movies, though I could still complain endlessly about Simba's Pride and 1 and 1/2. I'm also a fan of TLKoB.
I collect TLK merchandise. My favorite item I own is the big Sarabi plush holding baby Simba.
Other things I enjoy include eating too much, collecting animal pelts and bones, watching cartoons, drawing and painting, cats, music (particularly Animal Collective), Homestuck, going to Denny's at midnight in large groups, hosting or co-hosting well-decorated and atmospheric parties, vinyl records, the study of human sexuality, natural history, and mood lighting. I'm currently a senior at an arts high school and am in the middle of the process of applying to various art colleges.
I hope to have some fun times here and meet a lot of new people! Thanks for reading.
