my name is Donna and I'm 24. married with a 8 month old baby girl, Lucy, whom I hope will be a Lion king fan one day. I saw it twice in the theater back in '94 when I was 7. It instantly not only became my favorite Disney movie, but favorite movie period. 17 years later it remains so. I have the original copy, the special edition that was released in '03 I believe, and the trilogy blu-ray set that just came out. and of course my husband took me to see it in 3D. I stumbled across this site while looking up lion king stuff and I'm glad to be here and it's nice to see many people of all ages loving this movie
I would say my favorite character is a toss-up between Kovu and Simba.
