How does this work? The truth or dare thing i mean

Well we get people to play the charcters. Then we ask people to be guest stars. Afterthat people post questions on here and i read them out on rp public. The person who plays the character anwsers the question
For example Longlivethequeen asks Simba what do you think of kopa? And tanabi. Nala do you love kovu? Kovu i dare you to kidnap kiara. Simba you can do anything to him when he has kidnapped kiara when he hands her back over then you must stop torture.

Nala:What no! my daughter loves him.
Kovu:(kidnaps kiara.)
Simba angrily goes chasing after kovu. It goes like that
