I've been toying around with this idea for going on 5 years, now, but it never truly came to fruition in anything other than a few timeline fanfiction items I've written. I always had this vision of Vitani taking on a much more prominent role in the Pride Lands after the death of Zira and the uniting of the two prides. I always envisioned her leading some sort of pro-democracy reform movement within the Pride Lands which leads to social unrest throughout the Pride Lands and the formation of a schism within the Royal Family between those who wish to preserve the monarchy and those who wish to implement democratic reforms. Simba would be put in the position of having the status quo which he represents upended by youth rebellion and social unrest, as well as dealing with prey species finally demanding their rights, including the right to vote in any future democratic state. Meanwhile, Vitani would be busy giving speeches and organizing rallies calling for more democratic institutions as Simba considers whether or not he should take steps to silence her. The path of the story is largely open, but should have that overall theme. However, I would like to begin the story with Kovu and Kiara's wedding, if you guys don't mind! If anyone has any other suggestions for how to kick things off, then feel free to voice them! XD

Keeping in mind they are lions, why not? I'll gladly join the place of Kovu and my fan character Baya ^.^, mind you Vitani will have to persuade him to join her cause since he's a rogue. Unless you want to follow my char's plot with Vitani, in which he is her mate and would pretty much side with her no matter what. As long as there is battle

Perhaps we could have him constantly attempting to win the good graces of Vitani, and since here, that would entail going along with her movement and doing what she says, we could have Vitani sort of have this concealed disdain for him. However, since he's willing to bend over backward to please her, and since he's a major asset due to his strength, she leads him on throughout the story. How does that sound?

Awesome sauce. Though he doesn't have that submissive tendency, he could simply be doing it for Vitani AND his love of battle :3

That could work. And we could have her warm up to him throughout the course of the story, perhaps? haha

We could also include Tupa, who had a cub with Nuka C: [Tupa is Baya's adopted daughter. He pretty much just raised her to survive in the desert though.] That sound good? I'll take the part of Kiara too if you like C:
