My Lion King Forum

This is a private RP between TheRoguePrince, FallenAngel18, and myself. Here is the opening scene.

Morning in the harsh Outland desert. The sun relentlessly beats down on any and all creatures brave enough to challenge it. An enormous termite mound remains the only sanctuary from the brutal morning rays. As the morning continues, the lionesses gather inside the mound for an inauguration of sorts. The day of destiny has finally arrived.

You are ready! Zira exclaimed proudly. She chuckled as she looked upon the new "king of the Pride Lands". Zira began to walk around Kovu, examining her work. Over the years, she had vigorously trained Kovu for the task that was to start today. How long had Zira waited for this day? Too long... too long indeed.

Now, that just leaves one more thing... Zira said with a cruel smile. Kovu turned to her, bearing a look of confusion. Though Kovu knew better than to question his mother, he couldn't help himself but to ask What? What do you mean 'one more thing? Zira looked to the entrance to the mound. All other lionesses held their attention there as well. Kovu squinted his eyes to see what everyone else saw.

Finally, from out of the shadows, stepped a muscular, brown lion. His black and dark red mane shone in the desert sunlight. Here is your final test Kovu... Kovu stared at Shari. Shari stared back. They seemed to be talking with their eyes. A conversation that no one else could hear. All other sounds fell silent. All other sights disappeared from vision. Until Kovu heard the words that he had dreaded most in this situation. Zira backed off of the fighting ground and uttered the words Fight Shari... to the death.

Awesome! I guess I could play Kiara, but I don't know how well on the others one I could be.

I shall take the roll of Simba then. Wait for Rogue to get on so we can figure this out further.
