The evening light played off the tall grass of the savannah. The seemingly peaceful scene was by far misleading, but it was hard to suspcect that anything bad could happen in such a beautiful place. Michief however, was definately taking place. A large shadow moved with almost complete silence and percision through the tall grass, stalking closer and closer to small impala that had wondered away from its mother.

The shape seemed to slow down a little at a time as it krept closer and closer to its prey. Once or twice, its violet eyes could be seen glinting in the sun. The shape froze all together as its gaze wandered to a nearby butterfly instead of the prey. But no, now was not the time.

The great, strange looking cat began to kreep a little closer to the impala once more. NOW! The great shape launched out of the grass at the young impala. The impala tried to escape, but it was too late for the little animal. Echo had taken down her pray.

"I'm sorry young one," the lion-creature said softly as the animal went limp under her paws. "But we all need to eat sometime right?" Echo licked her lips and took a bite of her prey. She hummed softly as she chewed. She gazed around lazily and she began to let her mind wander. Little did she notice company was nearby.

OH yeah! This is a rp thread for people of all experiences, but please try to keep decent length Reponses so it’s easier to keep the thread going. 

Topic's been moved to its correct section... for future reference, when you're just starting out and trying to find members to RP with you in a specific RP, you start it in this planning thread. From there, it'll get moved to the Sandbox when it's ready to start, and THEN we'll move it into one of the RP levels.

Also, you will probably want to edit your post so that you make it clearer to everyone wanting to join what you want from characters.. if you want all OCs, some TLK characters, where this is located, etc.

I'm gonna approve this for now but definitely be sure to edit your post to make things a bit more clear and remember to start your RPs in here next time unless it's all ready to go!

With a bit of work, this would make a decent RP, put me down provisionally please

Ah, I got ya. Well in that case, if everything's ready to go, go ahead and post your new topic in the Sandbox! ^^ I knew you'd posted that thread in Off Topic but since you'd posted this one in ON topic... wasn't sure if they were the same or not. Though if this is gonna be off topic... post the first post of the RP in the Role Play (OT) board... otherwise, the Sandbox is the place to go.
