Meaning: "Goodness" in Swahili
Species: Lion
Gender: Male
Age: 2 years (about 24 in human years)
Pride: Merementa's pride (?)
Personality: At first glance Kheri seems to be a lazy and ignorant lion who doesn't seem like he cares about anything and only looks out for himself. However, deep inside he really can be heroic, honest, and good, and will do almost anything to defend those that he cares for. He is usually quiet, sullen, and speaks little. He doesn't like to be around large groups and is usually found brooding alone in a corner or daydreaming.
Description: Medium grey fur, darker grey mane which hangs heavily over his eyes (mane streaked with shades of black), clear dark blue eyes, black claws which are almost always unsheathed, thin and not very strong/muscular, slouching, usually scowling.
History: Kheri was initially a wanderer who was cast out of his home pride when his older brother took the throne. He wandered for weeks before his travels led him to Merementa's pride and he was allowed to stay. Since then he has always been very quiet and withdrawn.
