I thought stereotypical wolves were only in north america

well, Ethiopian wolves aren't exactly stereotypical, they look a lot different than North American wolves, they're closer to jackals really. same thing with Egyptian wolves. but your stereotypical wolves are in North America, Europe, and Asia.

but don't worry, wolves are a rarity in Africa cause the Egyptian and Ethiopian wolves are endangered. plus they don't look like what most of us consider wolves.
