The idea of drawing is,that scar were saying nuka is weak and too dumb,will never be able be the king,now nuka grew big and strong x''D and scar is like "uhhh..oh.." x'3

I'm not saying Nuka was bad looking in the movie, but they made him all weird and messy looking to reflect his voice actor, Andy Dick. Which most people just hate him for being annoying. (Andy Dick, not Nuka)
