Apparently one of Valon's favorite past times to to sit on Sky's Peak and stare at the clouds. Seeing that he's Leader of Air Empire though, I guess that fits.
I'm not positive, but either Photoshop CS6 or Elements 9. I personally use Photoshop 7. They work nearly the same, I've used everything starting at PS6, some opions are moved around, that is about it. I think it's just internal stuff. Only a programer would notice.
