Kodi charged at Lou, only to have him hit him across the jaw with the back of his paw. He was about to finish him off when he heard a familiar voice behind him, "Don't touch him Lou!" he turned around and laughed when he saw Balto's mother there.

The wolf emerged and saw the fight and said to the other wolves, "Do you see that buffoons? With help like that Luo stands no chance...do you understand? He needs help, something you idiots could never provide him..."

Lou continued to laugh and looked down at Kodi who was barely conscious, stroking his neck with his claws as he did, "He does look a lot like him doesn't he?" he looked at Aniu with a frown, "He's like a living image of that mutt."

The wolf looked at the other wolves and laughed for a second before saying something stupid on purpose, "LUO! I don't mean to break up a good fight but I can't find Balto! He's around here somewhere! Make sure to watch for him so that he won't get the jump on you as you try and kill his son!"

Lou rolled his eyes, knowing that Balto wouldn't be able to take him by surprise because they were on a cliff, meaning that he would see Balto before he came too close. He turned his attention back to the angry-looking female in front of him, "How long has it been since you saw him last?" he saw the change in her expression and laughed, "Thought so. Dogs are unreliable as humans. I bet he left as soon as he got what he wanted from you, didn't he?"

Meanwhile Kirby looked at Aleu and the strange dog that was with them in the cave, "Aleu have you figured out who he is yet?"

Aleu shook her head, "Not a clue." and it didn't seem like the dog was about to tell them either.

Lou snarled, "You loved him and he abandoned you. Ironic isn't it?" Aniu snarled and attacked him.

The dog approached them and said, "Ah young love. It is a good thing no?"

Aleu looked at the dog. "Yeah, I guess so."

The dog said, "You know you remind me of someone..." He smiled but looked away, "Luo will not win."
