He heard something but he wasn't fully awake.

He felt something or someone pulls his hear, not so hard but he felt it. It woke him up completely. He opened his eyes and noticed that it was Kopa.
- Good mor...He yawned. - ...ning, son. Don't worry, I'm up, I'm up, I'm coming.
He yawned again.

Yipe !!! he exclaimed as he started to bounce from side to side with the morning energy that only cubs seem to have COME ON DAD!!! he yelled as he bounced out the Cave

He looked at his son and seeing Kopa's bounce made him smile. Kopa was totally the same as him.
- It's okay, I'm coming, I'm coming.
He said, then he stood up and streched shaking his mane. After that he started to walk to follow Kopa.

Kopa sat at the edge of Pride Rock and looked at the land be for him the early morning sun just starting to touch the grass this was his favorite time of day he take a deep breath and smelled the heavy scent of the plants

He followed Kopa and sat down next to him on the edge of the Pride Rock.
- Look, son. Everything the light touches is our kingdom. A king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day, Kopa, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new king.
He looked down at him smiling.
