Vitani had been watching the presentation from the back of the lioness's. She didn't find it easy to watch as her brother was made king. She was happy for him, though she felt quite out of place now that he was no longer her equal. The young lioness stood up and began to plod towards her brother and Kiara as they called her.

"Congratulations on both your presentation and your lovely cub" She said, halting infront of them.

Kovu thanked his sister with a nuzzle. "Thank you Vitani. May you one day find love." He smiled. He didn't remember the love his older sister had with the Kings son, he just was a very small cub when he was around. "Anyone in mind?" He teased, nudging his sister with his elbow.

Vitani laughed forcefully, then her smile faded and was replaced with a saddened look. Hoping nobody had noticed as her mind wandered to Kopa, she forced another smile.

"Nah... love isn't for me" She said.
