Situation: lost my family, house and got bankrupt 4 months ago. now working on project "rebuilt life" which goes with ups and downs. also stopped cold Turkey with antidepressants 4 months ago. not such a smart idea, but still want this so I keep holding on to my plan.

^ Wish you all the best, but coming off antidepressants all of a sudden can indeed do more harm than good. If you start feeling rough again, i'd strongly reccomend going back on them for a few months, then slowly wean yourself off them. I cut my anxiety tablets out suddenly last year and a month later I seriously regretted it. I hope it all works out for you though =)
