I mailed DisneyTV and they replied back and assured it was a TBA episode that somehow got shuffled into the programming line up. So the whole Makuu being edited out thing is a giant hoax on account of the crocodile thing happening at Disney. Rest assured we'll get the episode eventually.

That's not a plot for a single episode and a bunch of subplots, it's the main plots for multiple episodes. Notice that it includes the summary for "Imaginary Okapi" in there.
