Not only is her pattern bothering me but they didn't put the Dark black like on the eyes, that a very important feature for a cheetah. how can they not at least do that!

My guess is they thought doing that would make her look less cute or perhaps even evil.

Fuli reminds me of that female dalmatian in the cartoon series of 101 dalmatians (cadpig) whose design was very different from the pups from the Original movie. Fuli's design is also very different from the other characters. For example, the hyena's are drawn in a different style, but their colouring and way of moving are the same as the Original tlk hyenas. Also, all characters shown, fit in the tlk universe, because the difference in design style aren't bothering (to me, this is my opinion, you can differ offcourse ) Fuli really is different in many ways, her comparisons (head-body) and her large eyes are really a thing that is unique for a tlk character. she is drawn in a more mlp style, if you ask me.
