I don't think she was actually 'insane' when she killed herself in that scene it was for a reason. In my opinion I think she'd rather die than join the Pridelanders or she wanted to die so she would be with Nuka and Scar. I don't know it's just my opinion

That would make a lot of scene if she killed herself to be with nuka and scar it also shows how loyal she is to scar (if thats why she did it)
