iPhones have web browsers, so there is no problem with that, and cell phones can go on the internet. :P
what mobile mode means is a different version of the site that is laid out differently in order to be easier to use on the small screen of an iPhone or cell phone ;)

I've been thinking about it to be honest. But I don't think MLK needs one yet. Like Snowy said, MLK should work just fine on a mobile. I know how to make a mobile mode but I couldn't see how it looks because I don't have a data plan on my phone :P

If there is enough demand for it, and if I get a Droid so I can actually see the changes I'm making, then I will start to make a mobile mode but like other people said its a lot of work and often times not worth it.

If you want, Moka, I'd be happy to send you screenshots from my iPod touch anytime, if you're interested in knowing how the site looks on phones such as an iPhone.
I think MLK is fine the way it is :) I have an iPod touch and almost never access MLK from a real computer. And I have no trouble at all. Also, because of the way pbpBB works, something tells me the process of adding a mobile mode could be very involved, difficult and not worth it. Especially since it appears that very few of us access MLK from our mobiles ;)
*echoes sno*

I've accessed MLK a few times with my iPhone and I haven't encountered any problems. :P It runs pretty smoothly, actually.

XD looks like even some of us who would use mobile mode don't think it's necessary

I already have mobile access to this site.... it apparently already has a mobile modus? Back in November when I was on holiday in Germany, I checked out this site with my mobile and everything was visible :)

I have internet accsess on my mobile, but it’s sooo insanly slow I never use it. So for me personally, I would not use MLK in mobile mode.

I’d suggest putting up a poll or something. If enough people are able to use it, why not?

As a new member: I'd say that this is a good idea and worth doing if enough people would use it, and I for one would.
So many Mobile devices have a internet browser that it's almost a standard feature these days, and as all Manufacturs use different Browsers, you get a mixed reaction to this place I.E: works good on my IPhone, not so well on the PSP but a Lite version would presumably work for all or the majority. Plus it would load quicker and it's prefferable to view a Mobile version of a site when using a Mobile Browser as it takes less memory and thus reduces the chance of a crash / freeze / major Lag.

I do not believe that's necessary, since it already works fine on iPods and mobile phones. :/
