Q&A the same as Ask me Topics?

In this forum you will see an Announcement, and several "sticky" topics. The announcement is the Universal Board Rules. If you are new, read this before doing anything else! Q&A the same as Ask me Topics?

I have a question, is the Ask me topic the same as a topic called Member Q&A? I'm curious, because I couldn't tell the difference.
