Don't worry Sm, everyone is having the same problem at the moment. Its due to an update on the forum. It will be sorted soon

Strange... I copied a fresh copy of that file from the phpBB package and now it is working.
Let me know if there are any other problems with the recent update, I guess! Sorry!
