Alrighty then, moving this topic to "Movies and TV" as this is most definitely not a World Issue. A Disney Issue, yes, but not on a global scale.

For anyone who isn't sure, topics that would count as WI would be things like the Current Migrant Crisis in Europe, deaths of celebrities/world figures, natural disasters etc. Be sure to think about where your topic belongs before you post it!

Personally, I don't think it matters if Nala is a Disney Princess or not. Really all the Disney Princess brand is is a way to make money. It doesn't really much about the characters or movies in question. Whether a female Disney character is a Disney Princess or not doesn't have any effect on my enjoyment on the movie in question.
