Both are fine. I prefer attachments, but you can cop[y and paste as well.

What about if there are 20 entries? voting rounds?

If we get 40+ entries, how about some sort of bracket-base system, where stories are paired up against one another until all but two are eliminated for a final round.

Or we can just have a large, plain ol' vote for all of them.
