I think this was a nice list, I was a tad surprised to see Jane on there, but she does marry "the king of the jungle," so..
Giselle I can completly understand was not added to the official franchise due to her not being an animated character throughout the movie. Megara and Kida I would love to see added to the line-up. Was nice to see Nala included, though I personally have no problem with animal characters not being official Disney Princesses.

Always wished Nala was included with the princesses, especially because she's so ignored in terms of merch. At least, adult Nala is.

Nala is a Queen and is at no point a princess.

Don't care. The world needs more adult Nala :ha:

Eh, can't argue with that reasoning.

Could have predicted the, not human, part before watching but sad as it is to see characters from my favourite Disney film I can see why they wouldn't see her as a princess.
Im not a fan of the "princess" films personally but the video did show some interesting facts about Disney, like how they think about their characters and how profit really is all so important to them.

The whole 'betrothed' thing should have her as a princess for at least the time up until Mufasa's death.

The list is amusing though, especially since there's two princesses to 'kings of the jungle' involved and from a TLK perspective I think it underscores how unfamiliar TLK was to the usual Disney fare.
