I am adding Private Practice to my list. I just completed the series, which originally ended back in January, I just wasn't caught up then...

And yes, I am an emotional wreck and I already miss the characters which means a re-watch is in order.

EDIT (May 26th): I just finished Boy Meets World. I am once again an emotional wreck, yep!

Spongebob Squarepants (I've seen all of seasons 1-3 in addition of the first movie because those are awesome, but I stopped watching the show after season 5 because the show got very crappy with the newer seasons.)
Arthur (I only watch seasons 1-12 because after that, the show got worse with its newer seasons, especially that dreadful season 17 because they're now using flash, which is stupid.)

I also forgot to add Dragon Ball on my second list since I'm almost done and heading on to Dragon Ball Z soon. I finished F.R.I.E.N.D.S about a month ago, so that's done.

^ I finished Friends about a month or so ago as well I'm on GoT now, need to get around to season 2 now (Season 1 was brilliant!)
