Private w/ Adofo

His question seemed to be answered by Kapuki slowly and stiffly approaching her sister and Adofo, with Shujaa shuffling quietly behind. She narrowed her eyes suspiciously and scrutinized Chaltuu, clearly paying no heed to the bipedal creature beside her. "So," the tawny female said at last. "What dumb thing did you do this time?" Chaltuu did not fail to notice the coldness and... it wasn't hatred... but resentment and dislike in Kapuki's pretty lavender gaze. The ruddy lioness didn't believe in "being able to see something in someone's eyes" but it wouldn't take a genius to figure out that Kapuki resented her elder sibling, and for good reason.

"Just tried to take down an ox, nearly got impaled, almost got trampled to death, the usual. It's great to see you too, Kapuki, considering I was hoping we'd never see each other again," retorted Chaltuu with a disparaging curl of her lip. She too squinted at her sister, her ears folding back against her head. Did she feel a small, nearly-nonexistent pang of regret for the words that she had just uttered? They had been rather rude and hurtful, but hadn't that been her intention? To provoke her? She saw Kapuki's smooth, neat fur bristle, but she was positive that her sister would not lash out at her, not when she was near of Shujaa and Ua. Besides, even if Kapuki wasn't in front of her two little siblings, she had the common sense- unlike Chaltuu, really- and knew that should she challenge the reddish-brown female, she was likely to lose due to Chaltuu's strength and size. Although at the same time, Chaltuu did have a fractured limb... But like she thought, Kapuki didn't aim a swipe at her sister's muzzle or a shove in the shoulder.

[Adofo]

Adofo: Ummm....hello! My name is Adofo.
He was seeing the looks the sisters were exchanging and he was a little concerned.

[Iri]

"I didn't ask you," Kapuki said frostily to this "Adofo". Even though her clear annoyance wasn't derived from his species, as she did hold a general grudge against them due to them attempting to capture and harm her little sisters, her pretty lavender gaze was filled with dislike. Hearing the sound of a few twigs snapping and dried leaves crumbling, she turned her head and saw that Shujaa, with Ua still perched between her shoulder blades, had began backing up into the rather dense foliage, evidently a little frightened. The tawny female couldn't blame her. After all, Chaltuu was unusually massive, and Shujaa herself was quite petite. Kapuki herself was a bit taller than average, but Shujaa had grown to trust her... The same couldn't be said for Chaltuu. It was obvious that the short greyish juvenile was nervous that the fight would get out of control, and that a few barbed insults and cutting remarks would go too far and the argument would become physical. Though it was very rare, it had happened before.

[Adofo]

Adofo: ....Sorry.
Just as he thought. He should have stayed quiet. At least they didn't seem as aggressive towards him as Chaltuu was.

[Iri]

"So, Kapuki, where are you headed now?" Chaltuu remarked snidely. "Back to Kivuli's because you've got nowhere else to go? I knew you could get desperate, but I never thought you'd be that helpless..." The reddish-brown lioness couldn't help but sneer, knowing fully well that her rude comment would be more than enough to provoke her sister. Just as she had expected, she saw Kapuki lash out at her with a vicious snarl, smacking her elder sibling's muzzle. In turn, Chaltuu aimed a swipe at the lavender-eyed feline, raking her long, curved claws across her chest. The ruddy female let a loud, fierce bellow erupt from her throat, and she forgot all about the pain in her fractured limb, only focused on showing her sister who exactly was boss. She knew that despite Kapuki's anger, the smaller lioness had morals and ethics, and she would not bite or claw at Chaltuu's clearly injured leg- but that didn't stop Kapuki from slamming her head against her older sister's neck, trying to shove her. Meanwhile, Shujaa had started to whimper, not only out of fear, but from hurt at Chaltuu's retort.

[Adofo]

Adofo couldn't let this go on. He waited for the perfect moment and jumped in between the sisters

Chaltuu prepared to lash out again, but she recoiled once Adofo leaped between them. "What are you doing? This isn't any of your business!" she snarled, facing Kapuki with a harsh glare. Deep down, she did know she had started the entire fight. Somewhere deeper down, she did feel sorry, but she never cared enough to stop her behaviour. Sheathing her claws reluctantly, she stared at Adofo with an indifferent yet slightly cold expression. "Step aside." She had received a few minor claw marks on her shoulder and chest when Kapuki had finally unsheathed her claws in the fight, and a bruise where Kapuki had initially struck Chaltuu's muzzle was slowly forming, but the blows she had inflicted on her sister were about the same. Slashes, although they would heal soon due to the fact that they were not deep, and a contusion under Kapuki's eye... But was Chaltuu becoming just as bad as her father had been?

[Adofo]

Adofo: NO!! I'm not going to let this happen! Siblings should get along! They should love each other and care for eachother! ....Or else...they end up like my father and uncle. .......So I'm not moving!

[Iri]

Seeing her sister whimper pitifully, Kapuki leaned down and nuzzled Shujaa's shoulder consolingly and faced Chaltuu and Adofo. "I love and care for these two. But she is not my family. She's made a point of it already," she said, giving Chaltuu what was not quite a glare... But just a simple, plain look, yet filled with coldness and resentment. Grasping the petite greyish cub, Kapuki did her best to hoist her sister on her back. It was a little odd, with a tawny lioness having a brownish-grey child resting on her back, with the youngest of all four siblings perched on Shujaa. If Adofo began talking again, she would just leave, but she would wait for a moment, if only to hear what he had to say, even if she didn't care. Despite being the motherly figure for Shujaa and Ua, she now no longer wanted to have any contact with Chaltuu, and it was obvious that the ruddy female felt the same way.

[Adofo]

Adofo: .....But would you two kill each other? .....Literally?
