The Lion King Growing Up

Adofo: Guys! Come quick!
Nala: Oh Adofo! Thank goodness, I... Adofo?
Simba: 'Dofo, where are you?
Mosi: Look!
*Simba and Nala kneel down where Mosi is*
Simba: Hmm...familiar...
Nala: Familiar? Familiar! These prints belong to a hyena! I told you! I told you coming out here was...
*A chorus of hyena laughter erupted from the near distance*
Simba: C'mon!

[Adofo]

Nala: LET'S GO!!!!!
*The three start to run away until they meet up with Scar's three lackeys. Adofo was a ways behind them. Without being spotted he ducked down undercover.*
Shenzi: Well well well....look who came back!
Banzai: The future king, the girl and.....hey, where's the third one?! You're not him!
Simba: He's not with us.
Mosi: Look, I'm a prince so you better let me go!
Shenzi and Banzai: OOOOHHHH! Another little prince!
Shenzi: Isn't that cute!
Ed: Hahahahaheheha!
Shenzi: See you don't get how this works, you trespass, we eat you!
*The tree move in closer but Adofo jumps off the small cliff of bones above and lands in front of the three hyenas with his knife out*
Adofo: RUN!!!!
*The three take off sprinting. Adofo is doing the best he can to keep the three from chasing them.*
Simba: We can't just leave him!
Mosi: Why not!? That weird thing wants to die for us, let him!
Simba: He is not just a thing!

Simba: He. Is. My. Brother!
*Simba runs back and helps Adofo*
Adofo: C'mon!
Nala: Move it!
*The courageous foursome escape*
Simba: Look, we con't tell Dad.
Adofo: I won't. Will you Nala?
Nala: ....no. So long as we never go again!
Simba: Yay Nala!
Adofo: So where did the other cub go?
Simba: Oh Mosi? The coward must have done a runner.
Adofo: Whatever.
*They return to Priderock....*

[Adofo]

*They get back and the young cub is waiting for them at the base of Priderock.*
Simba: What are you doing here?
Mosi: I wanted to see your home! I've always wondered what Priderock looked like! Also *looks at Adofo* could you excuse us?
Adofo: Ummm...okay.
*Adofo walks a little ways up Priderock*
Mosi: Also I had a question. In all the confusion I thought I heard you call that thing your brother. Haha I know it sounds stupid. Just wanted to clear the air. Like you would be related to....that! Hahaha!

Simba: Hey!
Mosi: Oh i'm sorry, did I offend you?
Nala: Get outta here, Mosi!
*Mosi leaves*
Mosi: I'll be back, suckers! This land will be mine!
Simba: What? How dare he!
Nala: C'mon! Let's get back to Adofo!
Simba: .....
Nala: Oh Simba don't worry! He'll never attack our, uh, your kingdom!
Simba: ...ok. It just seemed a little wierd, that's all.

[Adofo]

*They head up to the cave where Adofo was waiting for them*
Adofo: Hey, so what did he want?
Simba: Oh...uh, he was just wondering how big of a hyena problem we have!
Adofo: Yeah.....you could never lie Simba......I heard what he said.
Nala: You did?
Adofo: ......yeah.....
Simba: Adofo....don't listen to him.
Adofo: No......he's right.......I'm a freak....
*Mufasa and Sarabi come out of the cave, wondering what the three are up too*

Sarabi: Did you have fun?
Adofo: .....
Mufasa: Ugh. What happened?
Adofo: It doesn't matter.... *goes into cave*
Simba: Adofo wait! *runs after him*
Sarabi: Nala?
Nala: Well....
Mufasa: Go on.
Nala: We were playing, and, er...a prince called Mosi came....he insulted Adofo...
Mufasa: What?

[Adofo]

Nala: First he wanted to ditch Adofo, then he asked Simba if he heard him wrong, if he was his brother and he said "I thought I heard you call that thing your brother. Haha I know it sounds stupid. Just wanted to clear the air. Like you would be related to....that!"
Mufasa: Oh no!
Sarabi: ADOFO!
*Nala, Sarabi and Mufasa rush into the cave and find Simba trying to talk to Adofo, laying in a dark corner.*
Sarabi: Dofo?
Adofo: *cries* Why.......why do I have to be different?! I've tried so hard....all my life....to try to fit in.....but no matter how hard I'll try.....I'll always be the freakish human that the king of Priderock made the mistake of keeping!

Mufasa: Mistake!? No!
Sarabi: We wanted to keep you Adofo! From the first moment your father and I saw you we loved you!
Adofo: ......Yeah right.
Mufasa: *sigh* Come, Adofo. This i've told Simba. Now, to tell you.
*Mufasa and Adofo head out to a grassy plain*
Adofo: Wow! The sunset's awesome! Is this what you wanted to show me?
Mufasa: No. Look!
*The wind started to rise, separating the dark clouds above*
Mufasa: Look at the stars....

[Adofo]

* They both stare up into the sky*
Mufasa: All the stars that you see are the great kings of the past! Now some day I won't be here, but if you ever feel alone or scared, just look up and know that they will be watching or you, and some day I will too!
*Adofo gets a big smile on his face and a single tear falls from his cheek.*
Mufasa: I love you son! And so does your mother and your brother! Never forget that!
Adofo: Thank you dad! I love you too!
*The two give each other a nice long hug*
Mufasa: Come on son, lets get back home.
