Zira had finally snapped... Upset by Scar's affections towards Raven, but too stubborn to believe it was Scar's affection alone, Zira finally attacked her sister. Raven was strong, she was use to a life where she had to work a lot harder than anyone else just to stay alive, but she was nothing compared to Zira's ferocity. Zira's heart was filled with nothing but hate for her sister, and showed it in combat. Raven went down easily, bleeding, barely alive...
But then a noise? Had Zira been found out... Slowly, she watched Shenzi walk out of the dying brush. At first Zira was panicked, knowing that the hyena was Scar's right hand. But as her quick, twisted mind thought about it, Shenzi had plenty to gain from Raven's death... Raven stood up to the hyenas, and was putting rebellious ideas into the heads of the other lionesses. And because of Scar's affection towards here, there was nothing he would do about it. But with her out of the way, Shenzi could rule ruthlessly again. Shenzi came closer, smirking wickedly.
Zira cleared her throat, half perched over Raven's weak body. "At last, I have a job for you, you living disposal unit." She said with a wicked smirk, hinting that Shenzi and the others should devour Raven; it was the best way to get rid of the body.
This is when Raven moved, striking her sister hard before taking off running; ignoring her pain as she did... Zira and Shenzi pursued, but the shear panic in Raven drew her on faster. It wasn't until she hit the outlands that she finally clasped; realizing that they had stopped at the border.
